Healing

You could be healing from all your mental health problems and still

1. Act out from space of hurt

2 Expect from your near and dear ones to be different and sympathetic with you

3. Deviate from your routine

4 have feeling as if you are a failure.

We tend to measure our healing from time to time by our own set check boxes of measurements, we compare ourselves from our peers and fall into the pit again, where we shame ourselves for not being good enough in this particular aspect

We need to understand healing is a life long process. New patterns will be formed, old ones will persist, life will happen and reactions will occur, we will get triggerd, where our egos will take the driving seat .

In moments like this, be graceful to your self. Be accepting, loving and compassionate. Don’t brash it away with anger and frustration. Don’t shame yourself or trick yourself into guilt.

Healing is not some rat race but a continuous process of accepting yourself when the odds are against you.
