ANXIETY RELIEF

When someone encounter an anxiety attack one should find a quite place to sit, and repeat in their head something that they know by heart; any routine, song, procedure, chant or other things

This tricks our mind into thinking that we are in charge of the situation; everything is under control, which is the exact opposite of what anxiety attack is.
